Dawie-sensei was extremely proud to say that on Saturday, 15 October, four Helderberg dojo members had been evaluated and progressed to the next level. Carla Haughton and Dane Elsdon to second-level brown belt, Francois van Niekerk to brown belt and Stefan Ungerer started his Goju-Ryo journey after practising another style of karate as a junior.
All of you showed that progress is certain through regular, diligent training, persistence and a good spirit. Well done guys!
